We also operate sub-brands: Noor Catering, Bluebird Lens, and Shadi Mubarak, all under Bluebird Events BD.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings must be made in advance.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
4. Intellectual Property & Legal Protection
- The Bluebird Events BD app, website, logos, images, videos, content, and designs are our unique and copyrighted property.
- Any attempt to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or re-upload our app, website content, or services without prior written permission will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights.
- Bluebird Events BD reserves the full right to take strict legal action (civil or criminal) against any individual, group, or company involved in copying or misusing our brand, app, website, or materials.
